Appointment
We require a face-to-face meeting with our clients prior to representation so that we can discuss and understand their needs and they understand our abilities to meet those needs. The request for an appointment does not mean that we are your attorney.
There are 3 ways to request an appointment and free initial interview. Please select the one that is best for you.

In order to provide you with a better meeting, please bring with you:
- Copies of your paystubs for the current month and for the six (6) preceding months;
- A listing of all of your monthly expenses;
- List of names and addresses of all creditors (www.annualcreditreport.com provides free credit reports)
- All collection, lawsuit and foreclosure information that you have; and
- Any other information that you think may be useful to us.
Prior to the meeting, you may also complete our homework using a downloadable PDF form. To access the form:
- A. Complete Homework Questionnaire (in PDF format) Click Here and save it to your computer. You may then complete the form using any pdf reader.
- B. Email questionnaire to info@lusky.com or bring it with you on your first visit.
- C. Complete Homework for a $100.00 credit toward your total fee.
